The Lockouts Tab – Managing Temporary & Permanent Lockouts

Two lists live here: Temporary (session-only — cleared when you close the app) and Permanent (saved to disk, persisting across sessions). Both show the frequency and label for each locked-out channel.

Removing Lockouts

Each row has its own Remove button — removal is per-row, with no confirmation prompt, and takes effect immediately on the running scan. Use Clear all at the top of either list to wipe that whole list in one click — this one does ask for confirmation first, since it’s the more destructive of the two.

Adding Lockouts

There’s no way to type in a frequency and add a lockout directly from this tab — lockouts are only added via the quick-lockout buttons (Temp L/O and Lockout) on the Now-Listening panel while a channel is actively parked in Standard mode (see Auto-Lockout & Managing Lockouts from the Scan View). This tab is for reviewing and removing what’s already there, not creating new entries.

There’s also no way to move an entry between Temporary and Permanent — if you decide a temporary lockout should be permanent, you’ll need to re-lock that frequency using the Lockout button next time it comes up, rather than converting the existing entry.
