Range Search – Filtering by Location

Range Search narrows whatever dataset you’re currently viewing down to results near a location.

• Postcode/Place — type a postcode or place name; suggestions appear as you type for place names. Tick Save to remember it for next time.
• Range — set your search radius, from 20 to 100 miles.
• Include ATC — folds in area-control frequencies alongside local results (only shown for datasets where this applies).
• Include National Freqs — opens a picker to choose which countries’ national frequencies to include alongside your location results.
• Apply runs the search; Reset clears it and returns to the unfiltered dataset.

Range Search is only available for datasets that support location filtering — it’s disabled for Common Frequencies, Active Mil, Aviation HF, and Air Display Teams.
