Select Group – Selecting a Whole Site at Once

Select Group is a toggle, not a one-off action — click it to switch group-selection mode on (the button turns solid green), and click again to switch it off.

What Happens When You Turn It On

If you already have rows ticked, turning the mode on immediately expands your current selection: for each ticked row, it also ticks every other row sharing the same User (site/service). If nothing’s ticked yet, turning the mode on does nothing immediately — but the mode stays active for what happens next.

While It’s Active

With group mode on, clicking any row’s checkbox affects every row sharing that same User, not just the one you clicked — tick one frequency at a site and the whole site’s frequencies get ticked with it; untick one and the whole group clears together. You can build up several separate groups this way — tick a row at Site A, then a row at Site B, and so on — each group expands independently.

Turn the mode off again once you’ve got what you need, and normal single-row ticking resumes.
