Submissions – Reporting From Inside the Program

The Submissions window is a structured, desktop-native version of reporting a frequency — separate from (though conceptually similar to) the submission form on the website.

Submitting

Fill in:

  • Submission Type — New Frequency, Frequency Correction, Callsign Addition, or Other.
  • Frequency, Callsign/User, Description (also used for location), Mode.
  • Target Database — which dataset this belongs to (Aviation VHF/UHF, Common Frequencies, WTR (Business), Amateur Repeaters, Active Mil, or Other).
  • Additional Notes.

You don’t need to enter your name or email — the submission is automatically linked to your logged-in Squawker PC account. If you’re not logged in, submission is blocked with a message asking you to log in first.

Viewing Your Past Submissions

View Submissions shows a local history of what you’ve submitted from this installation of Squawker PC — it’s a local record, not a live status check against the server, so it won’t reflect anything a UKAFG team member has done with your submission since. Each entry shows its send status (submitted successfully, or an error if it failed), and you can export this history to a text file if you want a record of it.
