How can we help?

Exporting Your Connect Log

Click Export in the Log History section to save your log as a CSV file. This is separate from the main window’s Export Panel — it’s built specifically from your Connect session’s log.

  • What’s included follows whichever view you currently have selected — if Unique Frequencies is ticked, you get one row per frequency (most recent); if it’s off, you get every individual logged hit.
  • The export is richer than a simple frequency list — alongside the basics (timestamp, frequency, matched User), it includes transmission details where available (modulation, system, channel, talkgroup ID, colour code, slot, signal) and any notes you’ve added for that frequency.

This works the same for every scanner type — the only difference is how much transmission-detail data is available to include, which depends on how much your specific radio reports (richest for SDS100/SDS200/UBCD3600XLT and BCD160/260 models, simpler for Whistler/ICOM/Proscan/SDR).
