General Search – By Name, Airport or Frequency

The General tab is the quickest way to search — type into the single search box and it matches against name, short name, frequency, channel number, and airport across the entire database. Partial matches work, and searches need at least 2 characters.

If you type something that looks like a frequency but it doesn’t get an exact match, the tool automatically offers to widen the search — see Finding Nearby & Previously-Used Frequencies.
