Reviewing, Removing & Clearing Your Multi-Select List
Click Review Multi-Select to open a window showing everything you’ve added so far — User, Description, and Frequency for each entry.
- Remove specific items — tick the “remove” checkbox next to any rows you no longer want, then click Remove Selected. Everything else stays in the list.
- Start over completely — click Remove All to clear the entire list in one go. This also closes the Review window.
- There’s no editing of values here — it’s a review-and-remove tool, not an editor. If a frequency’s details are wrong, remove it and re-add the corrected row from the main search instead.
Closing the window normally (the Close button or the window’s X) leaves your list exactly as it was — only Remove Selected/Remove All change anything.
One current limitation worth knowing: the review list doesn’t show which database each item originally came from, even when you’ve built it up from several different searches — so if you need to keep track of the mix yourself, it’s worth noting down as you go rather than relying on the review window to remind you.
Want to keep a combined list beyond this session, load one back later, or merge a couple together? See Saving, Loading & Merging Multi-Select Lists.
