Logged Out Unexpectedly? The Two-Device Limit

Summary: Why the website signs you out of one device when you log in on a third.

The UKAFG website allows you to be logged in on two devices at once. If you log in on a third, the device you have used least recently is signed out automatically. Nothing is displayed on the device that is signed out – the next time you use it you’ll simply be asked to log in again.

What This Means for You

  • A phone, a tablet and a PC will not all stay logged in together. Two can.
  • Being asked to log in again on a device you haven’t used for a while usually just means this happened, not that anything is wrong with your account or subscription.
  • Logging back in only signs out whichever of your other devices was used least recently.

If It Keeps Happening

If you are only using one or two devices and still keep being signed out, check whether someone else is using your login, and consider changing your password using the lost password link on the login page.

This limit applies to the website login. If you have Squawker PC installed, it has its own login – see the article on logging in to Squawker PC.
