The Export Panel – Programmer & File Exports

The Export Panel works from whatever you currently have selected — either your Multi-Select list (if you’ve added anything to it) or the ticked rows in the grid. If nothing’s selected either way, export buttons will tell you there’s nothing to export rather than producing an empty file.

• Export Settings opens a dialog for configuring export behaviour and options — it doesn’t export anything itself.
• Programmer is a direct scanner-programming tool, separate from file export — it writes systems, groups, and channels straight to a connected compatible scanner (e.g. a Uniden BCT15X profile). The first time you use it, you’ll see a one-time disclaimer to accept.
• Copy copies your current selection to the clipboard.
• The remaining buttons each export to a specific file format: CSV, Excel, SDR# XML, SDRPlay s1b, Uniden HPE, UBC125XLT/C, Radioscan, Whistler, Alinco, and CHIRP — the same family of formats used across UKAFG’s other export tools, plus Alinco support specific to the desktop app.

Which export buttons you see can vary — each one can be shown or hidden individually in your export settings, so your panel may show a different subset than someone else’s.
