Registering a Guide You Bought Elsewhere

If you bought your guide directly from ukafg.co.uk, stop here — nothing to do, it’s already on your account. This article is for guides bought elsewhere (a shop, another website, or received as a gift).

If You’re Not Logged In

1. Select whether you purchased the guide from the UKAFG website.
   • If Yes, you’ll be told the guide doesn’t need registering and access is already on your account — no further action needed.
   • If No (purchased elsewhere or a gift), continue below.
2. Select whether you already have a UKAFG account.
   • If Yes, you’ll be prompted to log in first, then return to this page to register your guide.
   • If No, you’ll be shown the full registration form: username, email, first and last name, full postal address, and a password.

If You’re Already Logged In

You’ll see a simplified form pre-filled with your name and email — just confirm the details.

Common Fields (Everyone)

Whichever path you take, you’ll need to provide:

• Where the guide was purchased (the company/retailer).
• Purchase date.
• Proof of purchase — upload an image or document of your receipt (JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF, DOC/DOCX, or TXT, max 8MB). It must clearly show your name, the purchase date, and the book title or order reference.

Complete the security check and submit. Account setup and guide registration are normally completed within 24 hours, provided the details and proof of purchase are correct — you’ll get an email once it’s ready.
