Range, ATC & National Frequencies

When searching By Location, the Search Options panel gives you extra control over what’s included.

Range

Set how far from your search point to look, in miles. Use the quick-pick buttons — 10, 25, 50, or 100 miles — or type a specific distance manually. The maximum for a standard search is 100 miles.

Include ATC

Tick Include ATC to fold London and Scottish Control area-control frequencies into your location search results, alongside the local airport/airfield frequencies you’d normally see.

Include National Frequencies

Separately, tick individual categories under Include National Frequencies to add specific UK-wide channels (emergency/common, air-to-air refuelling, squadron nets, and so on) into your location results. Use the All or None buttons to select or clear every category at once. This is different from running a search on the National tab directly — it adds national channels alongside your location results rather than searching them on their own; see National Frequencies Search if you want the standalone version.
